Every project begins with a free 30-minute Strategy Session where we’ll discuss your target audience, your brand and goals, and your most pressing challenges.

You’ll walk away with strategies you can implement immediately or helpful resources. Meanwhile, we’ll craft a custom mix of instructional design services that will fit your budget and help you achieve your goals. 

From there, subject matter analysis and curriculum planning begins, including:

  • Researching key topics or your target audience

  • Interviewing subject matter experts

  • Analyzing existing training for opportunities to improve

  • Planning a curriculum with actionable learning objectives

Phase 2:

Program Creation

Always engaging. Never boring. 

You bring the subject matter expertise, and we’ll bring the instructional design know-how. Together, we’ll create materials and experiences that engage the brain’s learning pathways and connect with your audience on an emotional level. 

Our instructional designers will help you create: 

  • Virtual or in-person training

  • Interactive e-learning and gaming

  • On-demand activities 

  • Microlearning

  • Workshops for employees or clients

Phase 3:

Revisions & Implementation

 It’s time to get results. 

Crafting effective training, especially for complex subject matter, is an iterative process with multiple rounds of revision. We welcome your feedback and are dedicated to getting it right. If your organization requires formal regulatory, legal, or compliance reviews, we will be there every step of the way. Before launch, our editors will test functionality, ensure accessibility and inclusion, and prevent embarrassing typos. 

Finally, while we can’t be your program’s facilitators, we can “train the trainers.” We’ll ensure your team knows how to use the materials and lead successful sessions.
